Learn ‘The Art of Brilliance’ at Westpoint, Exeter on 14th March

On Thursday 14th March, the UK’s only ‘Dr of Happiness’, Andy Cope is coming to Exeter to lift our spirits pre-Brexit at the South West’s Art of Being Brilliant Conference, at Westpoint.

Event organisers say:

The Art of Being Brilliant’ provides an antidote to the crazy world that typifies modern Britain. This workshop uses cutting edge research to explore how you can be you, brilliantly. Andy will share some of the ‘secrets’ of Positive Psychology, focusing on learning new habits of thinking and behaviour that will sustain personal ‘brilliance’. It is about the ‘whole you’ and, as such, is applicable in and out of work.

Positive psychology was pioneered by the Head of the American Psychology Association, Dr Martin Seligman, moving the focus of psychology from curing disease and sickness to working out what we can do raise our levels of happiness. Dr Cope has studied the happiest people in the UK for the past decade, as part of his doctorate, and will let you know the secrets of happy people, the practical steps you can take every day to impact positively on your own life, that of your friends and family and your work colleagues.

The Art of Being Brilliant is run by Purple Cloud Consultancy and this is billed as a life-changing day. Now in its 7th year, this annual conference is attended by many of the top SW companies, doctors and health professionals and also individuals who feel they need a boost in their lives.
